We organise the moving-in as well as moving-out of your employee and their family. Our support guarantees a stress-free and positive start in their new phase of life. An individual welcome
We would like to accompany your employee from the beginning of their stay. Therefore we will gladly pick them up from the airport and prepare a warm welcome. Our individually tailored programme starts with a trip around the new home city.

Over and above this, we also make a detailed information package available. This contains important addresses, like for example those of doctors, service providers and other valuable contact-points.

Training
Being highly skilled and state-approved language teachers with many years of international experience, we have developed a concept for well structured, lively and demonstrative German lessons.
Through taking part in our German classes, your employee will very quickly be able to manage private and job-related situations, integrating into their new surroundings in the best possible way.  
Our classes – whose contents are designed to build on each other - are orientated around the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. According to our clients’ preferences, classes can be held either in the company or at home.

Additionally, we work in cooperation with experienced intercultural trainers, who will assist your employee in acquainting themselves with the German and regional culture and mentality. Our intercultural trainings focus on coping with job-related but also private life situations in Germany.
We offer both group and one-to-one trainings – we are always more than happy to advise you on any questions before the start of the training, in order that the specific needs of our clients are meet.

By the way - taking part in one of our intercultural group-workshops is a good opportunity for your employees to get to know other people who are in the same situation as them – and who may have similar experiences, questions and needs!

Family and freetime
We believe it to be very important that all members of the family feel at home in their new surroundings. Based on our sound pedagogical education and many years of experience, we can ensure competent and comprehensive guidance concerning local schools and kindergartens. Our range of advice stretches from kindergarten consultation and registration through to arranging a babysitter and a selection of suitable free-time activities. Because only when the whole family has a positive experience of life in Germany, can your employee optimally go about his responsibilities at work.
